This repack IS partially compatible with my previous Ultra Repack 2.0 of GTAV. The following files, totalling 20.3 GB, can be used from previous repack:

Other files have either been changed or added. Just make sure you download an updated repack to the same folder, where UR 2.0 files are located. The torrent will rehash itself and won't download existing data, saving you some bandwidth.
Installer will also delete old unneeded files, if they are present in repack folder.
