All the DLC in Absolution are for the Contracts mode, which is no longer supported (the servers are offline) You cannot play contracts mode anymore (even offline) so the DLC (even if they were included) is useless. None of the DLC is usable in the er mode, (you cannnot select the adam jensen outfit/weapon and play any mission).
