Chances are the GOG and Steam versions won't be able to play together, unless the game allows for direct connections; seeing the featurelist, it most likely utilizes Steamworks for on-Steam networking. What I don't quite get is with remote play together, does that mean the camera only follows one person? Like local co op games, when one person tries to move too far, they can't unless the other person also moves with them. Or is remote play exactly like as though the other person booted up their copy of the game and their camera would always follow and center on them?
