This game does give off the feel of living in a future destroyed by the robots and fighting these robots can feel very much like the movies. So far I am enjoying the romp through destroyed buildings in look for loot and quest items the gun play is very medal of honor with the choice of weapons and the robots have weak points that we must take advantage of. The areas are made up of some scripted areas then into some very big open areas where we get to explore a wasteland of broken apart buildings that we can enter to find look there is lock picking much like in Skyrim. The characters we meet are animated very well and the voice acting fits them very well a step up from most games the music is great as well mixing movie music with new music it does well to set the tone of this future war against the machines.

@Paul81164 I understand a window licker like you might not be familiar with compression, but understand to make the download half the original it makes the install take longer. Here's the thing though, you can download the cracked full size if you want it to install faster. rnrnAlso I have had 0 issues with the 20+ repacks I've downloaded from fitgirl.

@Paul81164rnLike BigBoySeeder said, FitGirl super compresses her uploads (this game alone is 58% smaller than the dev's own installer files!), so it takes extra CPU power to decompress them. Also if her uploads aren't working "half the time," then I'm willing to bet that said half is operator error... i.e. you man. Perhaps you're trying to install/run her uploads on a 10 year old rig? Either way, if you don't like her uploads, then don't download them. Simple as that. FitGirl keep up the awesome work, because the rest of us here love them!

@Paul81164 Have lots of bandwidth... also have lots of processing power too. How about you splurge on some decent hardware, and get rid of that junk you found in a cracker jack box years ago! Seriously though, if you don't like FG's releases, don't get them! Most of us don't want to download unnecessary data (11GBs in this case) for "just because" reasoning. FG's releases usually only take 5 or so minutes to install, are much easier to archive, and unlike Bethesda games... they actually do just work! If you're having problems with this or any of FG's releases not working, then it is most assuredly an issue with your PC - not the release.

the freeze for me always happens when "into the storm" mission is over when you are supposed to be back in your hideout but the game stays in permanent blackscreen and pocess is not responding. Feels like it still needs a lot of work!

Stoked to find Fitgirl had done this game too. I realize they don't actually crack the games but I appreciate them anyways and I've found fitgirl installs to be the most problem free overall. So many good games have been cracked recently

Its ok but gets repetetive ,and you never seem to have enough collectables to buy more powerfull weapons.rnspending most on ammo all the time or med packs ,running out of rockets when fighting the HK tank (in codes bit)rnsucks especially when the HK is on its last legs and you cant find any more
