Romancing Saga 2 (ロマンシング サ・ガ2?) is the fifth game in the SaGa series released originally in 1993 in Japan for the Super Famicom. Like the previous SaGa trilogy, the only storyline connection between the three is the presence of "The Bard" (AKA: Haolahn, mascot of the entire trilogy). Game composer Kenji Itō (who is also known for his work on the Mana series) composed the score. An i-mode (exclusive to Japan) version of the game was released on November 1, 2011.

Romancing SaGa 2 is a role-playing video game developed by Square and released for the Super Famicom in Japan on December 10, 1993. It is the fifth title in the SaGa series. In March 2010 the Super Famicom version was released on the Wii Virtual Console in Japan. In January 2014 the game was released on the Wii U Virtual Console in Japan. It was released on the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console in Japan in August 2017.
Romancing Saga 3 got a translation patch many years ago. There were combo techs in that game that worked. I don't remember all of them, but I think most of them were combo casts, and required specific formations to execute.
