It downloaded fine, I added to codec to the install DIR. rnBlocked EXE on the firewall, it keeps asking for Steam.rnI so added it to my Steam library, still asking for the same question:rnUsing Admin privilege, same problem.rnBlocked & Unblocked with my firewall and still same Fatal Error, SteamAPL_Init() failed
