My thoughts after a good night's sleep and reading the patch notes: Nerf: Multimod reworked, some good affix removed albeit not affecting this build. Point blank big nerf, it is not a must pick now, Hyrri Ire got a huge nerf in added cold damage. No longer leaves Chilled Ground on impact. Now deals 130% of base damage at gem level 1 (from 120%), up to 174% at gem level 20 (from 147%).
