But I remember that Dragon Age 2 seemed to be really designed for a controller. You'll need to download a mod or that thingy that lets you keybind onto controllers. The PC version does not support any controller by default. Personally, I found the controls of DA2 very easy. Only complaint was there was no auto attack you had to manually fight and target with spells all the time. lots of pausing, which felt awkward for da2 was built for action rpg style, not tactical rpg style.

While BioWare has stated that it will not be releasing a separate toolset for Dragon Age II, it has raised the possibility of patching the existing Origins toolset for enhanced compatibility with Dragon Age II.
