Dead Kings is a single-player downloadable content addition for Assassin's Creed: Unity. It was released in the US on 13 January 2015 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, and on 14 January 2015 in Europe, Asia and Middle East for PlayStation 4. Set after the events of the main game, it follows Arno Dorian as he battles a group of raiders sacking the tombs of French kings in Saint-Denis.
Dead Kings is the first DLC for Assassin’s Creed Unity and it is free for all who purchased the game. You should then get offered to download the DLC (it is around 8GB download). After you download it you can enter the game. For the PS4 and XBox One consoles you should be able to just download it from the store. Once you are in the game you should be on the map of Paris. To reach the new content you will have to travel to Franciade where Dead Kings DLC story takes place.
If you already own Assassin's Creed Unity, this free DLC will be deployed as a download to your AC Unity game via the Steam downloader. If you do not own Unity, this DLC will be free forever and will come with your purchase from the AC Unity Steam Store Page.

I may not have liked Assassin's Creed Unity very much, but I was still excited about its free expansion Dead Kings, which then went and failed on me twice in its first two missions.
