It'd be quite unlikely for an H-patch to be released for several reasons: 1) Unless JAST themselves are sitting on it, there's no translation for the H-content at this point. And there's a lot of it. 2) To my understanding, the writing was changed significantly in the main story to accomodate the lack of H so there'd be parts of the main story that'd have to be retranslated.
