4 Bosses - Made by the most sadistic of the devs, raised on the salt of the testers
Post by genu 16 Aug 2019, 07:05. 4 Bosses - Made by the most sadistic of the devs, raised on the salt of the testers. 90 or so weapons and skills - Spears, swords, bows, freeze blast, etc. ■ 4 special powers, unlocking.
Keepers are the bosses in Dead Cells. Each keeper has their own biome, where the player must defeat them to progress. Currently the player can defeat only three of the five bosses per run on 0 to 4 BSC difficulty levels. On 5 BSC difficulty the player can defeat four of the six keepers. There are currently six keepers in the game: The Concierge, Conjonctivius, The Time Keeper, The Giant, The Hand of the King, and The Collector.
It’s always a good day when there’s a new Dead Cells update. Well, for me at least. The biggest change this update aims to bring about is getting players used to boss mechanics. It’s not like I need an excuse to jump back into Motion Twin’s roguelike masterpiece, but it’s better when there are bunch of new weapons and enemies waiting. The PC version of this update is live, with the console versions coming soon. Console versions (including Switch) will come as soon as we're through certification, usually 2-3 weeks, said Motion twin’s Steam note.
