    thanks..i beenbuilding pcs since late 96..when a 16xrom cd drive was 150 bucks and a 3 gb hd was 300 bucks..32gb of ram was 180 bucks ..vid card sierra screaming 3d was 110 bucks...that first rig was expensive for the time

    Thanks for the game.rnMine was stuck in Russian language. If anyone has this issue, just find the steam_api.ini file and change the language from 'russian' to 'english.rnThe file is located in your installation folder, then follow this path. PCBS_Data/ Plugins/steam_api.ini

    madjack559 i think you meant 32 megs of ram. I was building them when 8 MEGS of ram was over $200! This is a great sim for new system builders
