Lost Johns' Cave is an extensive cave system on Leck Fell, Lancashire, England. With its three major vertical routes (Dome Route, Centipede Route and Monastery Route) it is a popular place to practise single-rope technique (SRT) because of the opportunity for exchange trips. Also it can be safely visited on wet days because many of the pitches can be rigged out of the water. It is an important part of the Three Counties System.

There was a known entrance to the cave opposite the island’s shore station, however several years ago the opening was blocked when a glacier shifted into the ocean.
The other main highlight of the area is a Claptrap in the middle of the cave system, offering a mission to save him. The Cave consists of mostly skags, a few larva crab worms and two bandit outposts. The first encounter will be with four larva crabs. Then, there will be a fork in the road.
It is noted for its large main entrance and the extensive archeological artifacts of the Woodland and Mississippian periods found inside. Lost Cove Cave is a part of the Carter Natural Area section of South Cumberland State Park and is located in Lost Cove
