The output door of the pipe bender can get stuck open blocking further production. Happened a few times while "mass producing" pipes and radiators. The items produced won't fall out of the machine anymore, but you can still pick them up manually to produce the next item. Turning off the machine, or cutting the power does not solve the problem, the door will always remain in the open position causing the production lock.
