Well, unpacking/repacking might not be an issue if the audio codec and the structure of the pack are known imo, but I have not yet tried, so I'll just leave my hypothesis and my two cents here. The Vita files use AT9 for audio, so they have to be converted to be useful, but that's no big deal.
