You need to have steam running.
Use a fake account. You can create an account here: https://store.steampowered.com/join/?
To change game resolution, press SHIFT when launching the game executable.
run RustClient.exe
if you want to run the game with DirectX9, run RustClient_DirectX9.bat
if you want to run the game with window exclusive mode (more FPS), run RustClient_exclusive.bat
To connect to the server:
click "Play Game", "Modded", search for "Kortal's Area"
Or press F1 and use the command: connect rust.kortal.org:28015.
You can also now favorite the server in the browser.
Some plugins are installed, use /help when connected on the server.
Use only english on global chat.
